How do I make a purchase?

If you found the carpet you desire, click on the picture of the carpet. You can click on the button next to view of the carpet, writing “add to cart” and continue shopping or you can choose “buy now” and complete the order. If you choose add to cart option, next step is to go to the cart from top right corner of the website. Click on the “buy” button right underside of the website. The final step is to choose your payment method. You can pay with a credit card or by bank transfer. Click on the alternative you wish to use and follow the instructions.

Can I give an order without log in?

When you come to payment part, on the right hand side of the site you can see “shop without signing up” option. You can fill the information below and make purchase without log in.

Is it safe to make a purchase?

You can buy your carpet in safety. The transactions on our website are very secure and we co-operate with Iyzico which handles our payments. Due to our PCI - DSS certified systems and technology based on artificial intelligence that protect your card from copying and other fraudulent methods, your card information and personal data are safe.

How do I view my orders?

You can view your orders by clicking on “My account” which is located on the top of the page and then logging in with your email and password. Here you can view your current and previous orders, and you also have the possibility to track your current shipments.

How much does the shipping cost?

You can purchase your carpet without paying any shipment fee.

How do I track my order and shipment?

After you have placed your order and it has been packed you will receive a confirmation email from This email contains shipping information and tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the UPS website at  You can also track your orders by logging in to using the password and username you registered with and click on “My account”.

Can I return or change the carpet ?

If the carpet is damaged or have a flaw you can return it by informing us with an email. If the carpet you purchase did not fit your room or you did not like it, you can make product change by informing us with an email.

What do I do if my carpet is damaged on arrival?

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer two methods of payment by credit card, either VISA or MasterCard; and through advance payment which is made with transactions directly from your bank account to our bank account.
